First Visit

Health History
On your first visit we will ask you to fill out some brief paperwork concerning your medical history, which gives us important information about yourself and your past medical conditions. This will help us in the examination and any required treatment.

History & Examination
In order to accurately diagnose your condition, the doctorwill ask you a series of questions related to your condition and will conduct specialized exams. A chiropractic exam will also consist of Orthopedic and Neurologic tests, Computerized Range of Motion tests, and a computerized thermographic evaluation of your spine.

X-Ray Studies
Your condition may require on site x-rays to further evaluate possible structural imbalance, which may contribute to your condition. An x-ray serves as a "map" of your spine allowing us to pinpoint diagnosis and treatments and allows us to actually see what is going on with your spine.

Second Visit

Report of Findings
On your second visit, after carefully compiling all of the information obtained from the history, exams, and x-rays that were performed on your first visit, the doctor will compile a written "Report of Findings." The doctor will sit down with you and explain everything involved with your condition and advise you on a plan of care to help you regain your health. Our goal is to restore your health as quickly as possible with the least amount of time spent in our office.
