Injured?

massageMany people who have suffered an injury due to an auto accident, on-the-job accident, or other situations are not aware of the benefits of chiropractic care. While an immediate trip to the hospital for evaluation by the emergency medical staff is a good idea following any accident, chiropractors are trained to look for more subtle alterations that could be causing some not-so-subtle symptoms! If you are having headaches, neck pain, back pain, or other symptoms and the only thing the hospital gave you was painkillers, call our office today. We will evaluate your situation to determine what is causing that pain and how we can fix it. While pain is uncomfortable and annoying, the reason our body feels pain is because it is a warning sign for an underlying problem. Taking a painkiller will help relieve your symptoms, but will not correct the cause of those symptoms. That is where we come in.

On your first visit, we will take a complete health history and ask you questions about how the injury occurred. We will then complete an orthopedic and neurologic exam, computerized range of motion measurement, and a thermographic study of your spine. if x-rays are needed, we will then take x-rays. If you have been to the hospital for this injury and they took x-rays, please bring them with you. After we have studied your exam findings and x-rays, we will determine if chiropractic care can help you. If we can help, we will prescribe a treatment plan to get you back to health and out of pain as soon as possible. If this is an auto accident, we will provide lien-based care so you do not have to pay until you settle with the insurance company. Call us today to schedule an appointment. There's no need to put your health on hold!
